Hello, this is Matt. I have put on some extra weight while indulging in my passion — working from home as a digital marketer and web page designer. Regrettably, it is easy to lose focus and stay motivated when working remotely in terms of keeping up with our fitness goals. To combat this, I have started utilizing our digital gym and trinity challenge to help me get back in shape.
Surprisingly, I have already managed to shed 33 pounds in just 36 days. I did not think it was achievable to lose so much weight so fast but I had faith and belief in my own ability to succeed. I've done so and am doing. Working out with others has made it easier to stay motivated.
Therefore, I extend an invitation for you to join us live.
The sessions take place from Monday to Friday at 7:30 EST. Come check in workout. Some people jog, walk, lift weights even holla hoop and jump on trampolines. Whatever you can do is enough. See you there. I look forward to hearing your success story.
